About Us

Established in 2007 by two experienced recruiters who have worked throughout the UK, Chase and Holland’s vision was to become a successful specialist recruitment business whose successes and growth stemmed from not only the consultants working for the business but the service those consultants provided to the market.

Having now developed a formula for success that we are extremely proud of Chase and Holland are growing rapidly and organically across the regions we work in.


Who are we?

Chase and Holland was founded by two recruitment professionals who with many years of experience in markets throughout the UK, simply felt a need to offer a higher level of service to candidates and clients – offering in essence a truly consultative approach.

As individuals who are relationship motivated, we provide long term solutions, not short term fixes. It was from this initial vision and idea that Chase and Holland was born.

Now, our growing team of consultants are all extremely passionate about service and do exactly what their title suggests – consult – ensuring that they are providing the right solutions for all regardless of whether you are a candidate or employer.


So what do we do?

Currently our specialisms lie within two areas – Finance and HR. We are not a generalist. By specialising in a select number of areas it allows our consultants to have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the roles they recruit for.

With regards to locations, our North Midlands/South Yorkshire division comfortably covers South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire, whilst our East Midlands division looks after Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. In 2011 we expanded further and our Yorkshire and Lincolnshire division allows us to easily service the Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire locations.

You will find us very open and honest in our approach to work. We will only offer solutions to you which we believe are right. For clients we will not send insignificant CV’s to ‘pad out’ a shortlist and for candidates we will only talk to you about roles we know are right.

Our specialisms will of course develop further over time and will be brands that we genuinely feel suit market requirements. When will these new brands appear? When we are confident we have the right people with the strongest technical experience in place to successfully service requirements.
