Established in 2007, Chase and Holland believes that it can become a widely recognised national recruitment business with a genuine understanding of local markets and the different development challenges that face each of these markets.

Chase and Holland’s two founding members launched the business having both come from successful backgrounds working for one of the international recruitment players. Their combined strengths lie in man management, training/development and new office set ups. Very quickly due to the service they provided, a need to expand the team became apparent and from then on in the team has grown and will continue to do so along with further office divisions and specialisms.

The first Chase and Holland division based in Chesterfield was the blueprint for a fully integrated innovative Finance and HR recruitment business. We felt that candidates and clients alike were seeking such a service in what is now an integral part of both the local and global economy. This division comfortably services the South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire marketplaces.

Our Derby division opened late 2008 and mirrors the service that the Chesterfield division provides - all levels of Finance and HR recruitment. This division allows us to extend the service that we currently offer across a larger geographical area – meeting the Chesterfield division in their Derbyshire patch but also opening up into Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and Leicestershire.
