Established in 2007, Chase and Holland believes that it can become a widely recognised national recruitment business with a genuine understanding of local markets and the different development challenges that face each of these markets.

From the initial stages of being formed by two Directors, we have grown in both market share and headcount and are looking to expand further in both headcount and office locations.

The first Chase and Holland office based in Chesterfield is the blueprint for a fully integrated innovative Finance and HR recruitment business. We feel that candidates and clients alike have been seeking such a service in what is now an integral part of both the local and global economy.

Our most recent office, Derby, opened in October 2008 and will mirror the service that the Chesterfield office provides - all levels of Finance and HR recruitment. From this location we will now be able to extend on the service that we currently offer across a larger geographical area.

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We recruit junior Finance and HR staff through to qualified HR Directors and Finance Directors.
