Chase and Holland initially specialised purely in Finance recruitment. We very quickly however came to realise the importance that HR has not only within the bigger businesses but also within the recruitment process. We very early on built solid relationships with HR via our Finance brand, so it was therefore a natural progression to launch our HR brand in 2008 thus allowing us to further develop these relationships.
Our observations are that if HR isn’t already a visible function within a business, it is certainly becoming very much that way. Although HR functions are on the whole smaller units than say Finance, you work hard to ensure engagement and alignment to strategy throughout the business. You also have to deal with the not so nice parts of the job which unfortunately in 2009 have revolved round redundancies and restructures.
So, mirroring our Finance brand, our HR brand looks at all temporary, contract and permanent opportunities. Our coverage of roles therefore includes:

We all know that there is a lot of HR legislation out there which changes regularly. We therefore make sure that we keep abreast of these changes and potential impacts by ensuring that we are partnering with a number of relevant organisations, in particular the CIPD and ACAS.
Although HR is still very much a developing brand for us, we have seen repeat business and business based on referrals. We hope that this in itself is a testament to the service a small but very much growing business can provide. It’s genuinely about taking an interest in you as a business and ensuring that long term solutions are made rather than short term fixes.
Aside from the normal day to day recruitment campaign, we partner with one of the well known psychometric testing organisations and are more than happy to offer this service to you as part of your process if it is deemed appropriate.
2010 will see us expanding our HR team so as to be able to further develop our service to the market. By working closely with our other brands we plan to create even more preferred supplier agreements and long term business relationships with you, allowing you to have peace of mind within your organisation so that when recruitment needs arise, we can work quickly and effectively to source the best solution for you.
