Professional Practice
. Although we have always worked with Practice clients, our dedicated Professional Practice division formally launched early 2010. Supply Chain and Procurement

We launched Supply Chain and Procurement in 2016. As many business have their Supply Chain and Procurement hubs in the middle of the UK, our office locations are ideally suited to support those clients with their Purchasing and logistics requirements. It therefore made complete sense for us to begin to look at this specialism – and what a success it has been! Human Resources 
came on the back of strong relationships we had built with HR professionals when recruiting within Finance. It was therefore a natural progression to launch our HR brand in 2008 thus allowing us to further develop these relationships.

If HR isn’t already a visible function within a business, it is certainly becoming very much that way. Although HR functions are on the whole smaller units than Finance, you work hard to ensure engagement and alignment to strategy throughout the business. You also have to deal with the not so nice parts of the job which unfortunately in 2008/9/10 have revolved round redundancies and restructures.

It really is important to meet with you even when you’re not recruiting. Like we have already said, we are here for the long term! Ideally we like to meet you when you are not recruiting however we appreciate this isn’t always possible so as and when you have a vacancy that you genuinely need to recruit for it is so important that its not just the technical skill set that fits your team - the personality is equally (and sometimes more) important for you!

Likewise, we also think that knowing who is representing you and your business in the market is key.
