Our Team

We have a mixture of recruiters in our team. The majority of us have a wealth of relevant Finance and HR recruitment experience however we have developed and trained not only talented graduates but finance and HR professionals who have wanted to get into the recruitment field.

Our team provides an eclectic mix of ages, discipline knowledge and personal backgrounds however we have one very common theme; we all work very well together. We all without doubt have one objective at work – regardless of level of knowledge and experience we all want to provide the highest level of service to candidates and clients alike (whilst making our roles as enjoyable and varied as possible!)

We regularly come across comments from candidates and clients who feel that our approach is ‘natural’ and ‘normal’. We can assure you that this is not put on and genuinely reflects us as individuals.
