Full Job Description:

Chase and Holland are currently working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing business based in Doncaster who require a Sales Administrator (Fluent French speaking).

The ideal candidate must be able to adapt to the challenges of this role, be a fluent French speaker and have previous sales or office administrative experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you will be managing the full order process between customers, sales/production and logistics departments across various sites, so must be able to multitask. 

You will ensure the effective communication and management of the order process between customers, sales & marketing, production, warehouse and logistics departments.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Processing quotes and sample requests
  • Solely responsible for liaising between sales team and plant on order, production plans, stock and shipping
  • Prepare and management of all shipment documentation
  • Work with production planning and logistics to co-ordinate the orders being despatched on time and correctly
  • Ensuring new products are on the systems correctly with correct packaging instructions
  • Processing and sending invoices to the customers
  • Controlling complaints, credit notes and returns
  • Checking and monitoring credit control through the order process

Personal specification:

  • You will have strong sales admin experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to influence decisions
  • French as a second language is essential
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and a team player
  • Candidates will be required to prove that they are able to acquire new skills quickly after training
  • They must be able to demonstrate that they have a very high level of organisational and time management skills.  The person will need to be adaptable to change and retain knowledge
  • Must be IT Literate and be confident in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
