Working for us

Since Chase and Holland's inception, we have constantly managed to grow our team. Our selection process has been thorough and intense for those involved (!) but having set the growth plans that we want to achieve, we need to make sure that we get the best people on board.

"One of the biggest attractions we can offer is the opportunity to grow and develop with us. It is apparent when you meet us that we thoroughly enjoy what we do and are genuinely passionate about recruitment" Vikki Holland.

"We want our consultants of today to be the Managers and Directors of tomorrow. Don't get us wrong we also want to attract people who are achievers but who may not have management aspirations – for us it is about people believing in Chase and Holland and wanting to shout     about it!"

As mentioned, our interview process is thorough – this works well for you though as if successful, you will join us fully understanding not only who we are and what we do but what will be expected of you. You will also understand our future plans, the aspirations both we and you have and how you will achieve these through your own development plan.

We have a detailed internal training plan which starts from day one and takes into account the amount of experience (if any) that you join us with (we've all had to start somewhere!) We also work with external trainers who can offer creativity and ideas to further improve your skills.

As any of you already in recruitment will realise, it is not a 9-5 job. It is hard work. You probably spend more time at work than you do at home with your family and friends!

Therefore we appreciate that we need to offer as much as we can to make those Monday to Friday working hours as enjoyable as possible!

Aside from a competitive basic salary which rises with your success, we offer 25 days holiday which rise with service PLUS your birthday off, a company mobile and in many cases a laptop. Objectives are then in place to achieve bonuses including a company car.

Don’t just take our word for it…..

All sounds good doesn’t it!? Don’t just take our word for it. Click to read interviews with two of our employees – Bev Hudson (Manager of the North Midlands/South Yorkshire division) and Kayley Eagle, one of our consultants who joined us in 2008 with minimal experience.

Want to know more?

As we expand over time we will need to further increase our headcount. Although we won't be recruiting on a constant basis, we would always be interested to hear from those of you who are either in recruitment already (preferably HR or Finance but not essential); are looking for your first role post graduation; or who are currently working within Finance or HR and who would like to use these skills to move into a recruitment based position.

In the first instance you should contact Bev Hudson (North Midlands/South Yorkshire) or Ian Holland (East Midlands).
