Interim Team Assistant – Nottingham – Competitive + Benefits

Chase & Holland are excited to be recruiting a Team Assistant on a 6 month temporary basis to join a busy legal support team on behalf of our client who specialises across the commercial, public, health and insurance sectors. Our client is a people orientated business who have built long lasting relationships with clients and employees. Our client is looking for someone to provide administrative and file management support across the team.

Team Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Practice Assistants to provide support to Client and Marketing for scheduling tender meetings, directory interviews and client training
  • Liaise with the Practice Assistants to enter, maintain and update interaction – adding new prospects, clients and contacts, activities and business development information
  • Ensuring current knowledge of client specific protocols and processes, and building these into current practices
  • File management – updating and maintain all files, ensuring documents are filed correctly
  • File opening and closing
  • Assisting PA as directed in the organisation of internal and external events, seminars and conferences
  • Responsible for ordering promotional goods ensuring stock levels
  • Make room and taxi bookings as requested, organising hand deliveries and courier requests, and other ad hoc requests
  • Assisting the PA with billing as required
  • Assisting with expenses
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Production of court bundles
Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external clients
  • Experience of document management/case management systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Conscientious, taking responsibility for own work for its delivery and quality
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Customer service focused
  • Proactive, professional and flexible approach to work
  • Must be keen to develop within the business
