Part Time Sales, Marketing & Distribution Coordinator – Gainsborough – Salary c£20,500 FTE + Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a company based in Gainsborough. They are looking for this a Part Time Sales, Marketing & Distribution Coordinator , this is a permanent role.
Part Time Sales, Marketing & Distribution Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Maintain customer business partner details.
• Manage the customer ordering process – processing the sales orders onto SAP B1 system
· Provide all other onsite support for the field-based sales team
· Contract the hauliers to get the best price for deliveries
Liaising with hauliers and manufacturing to co-ordinate the distribution of the finished goods
· Booking deliveries & raising the delivery notes
· Form an integral part of the Sales & Marketing function – develop the marketing including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mailshots etc and updating the website
Monday to Friday 8am – 1pm (Fixed Hours)
Required Skills & Experience:
· Marketing Experience, being able to use Social Media and maintain Website
· Interpersonal Skills
· Presentation Skills
· Good communication and telephone manner
· Fantastic IT Skills within Microsoft Office, knowledge of Sap would be desirable but not essential
In Return You’ll Receive:
· Salary £20,500 – Pro Rota c£13,000
· 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays)
· Contributory Company Pension Scheme
