We are a business that is passionate about people and have the philosophy that the right job is out there for you and it is our job to help you find it.

With this in mind we need to meet with you and get to know what you want and how we are going to achieve this. Everyone is different and as such we have a lot to discuss before we can meet your needs whether it is just careers advice or a full confidential job search.

The registration process

By meeting you face to face, we will not only be able to gain a full and comprehensive understanding of your technical knowledge and abilities, but will also be able to get a feel for your personality. We aren’t here to just find you any old job. It needs to be the right job and your personality forms a significant part of this search.

From this meeting we will ensure that you have a marketable CV and that we are targeting the right clients on your behalf. A further benefit to you is that you understand who is representing you in the market.

Job management

Each time we have a job that will suit you, we will call to take you through the opportunity - where is it, what its doing, salary and benefits and in most cases which client it is working for. With your permission, your CV will then be sent to the client, or if it is a temporary role, our aim is to book you in to start working!

Interview preparation

Once we have secured you an interview, we will meet up again to give you full and comprehensive interview preparation. This will not only involve us helping you to understand the business you are going to meet, but also to make sure that you are marketing yourself in the most positive way using examples and scenarios that are relevant and current.

Feedback

We always aim to ensure that feedback is given to you from the client. It is important to use this feedback for any future interviews you have. Likewise we always take your full feedback after an interview so be prepared to go through this with us!
