As a founding member of Chase & Holland, Ian is passionate about service led recruitment and after over 20 years’ experience is still as enthused today about the business being the best it can be as he was day one. With a specialist background of Finance and Strategic senior recruitment for several clients across the UK Ian enjoys the problem-solving nature of the recruitment process. Today Ian is mostly involved in advising and working with the management team headed up by Bev Findlay.
Bev Findlay
Managing Director and Head of Finance Division
Responsible for heading up both Chase & Holland as a whole and the Finance recruitment team, Bev has been with the business for over 15 years. Bev has an encyclopedic knowledge of her market and the clients and candidates in that market. If you are looking for a recruitment partner either as a candidate or client who cares about your requirements look no further. Bev’s approach runs through the DNA of Chase & Holland.
Today Bev is either involved in the Senior Finance recruitment for Chase & Holland or managing the direction of the business, as well as the Finance team.
Lisa Hurst
Associate Manager – Head of Professional Support
Responsible for the heading up of Chase & Holland’s Professional Support division which specialises in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Office Support. Lisa and her team have developed a reputation over the last 5 years of being both responsive, efficient and delivering what our clients and candidates are looking for. Today Lisa specialises in Sales & Marketing recruitment as well as heading up the Professional Support team.
