Your Learning

We have an internal trainer who is dedicated to supporting you throughout your time at Chase & Holland. Upon starting, you can expect and intricate course detailing the ins and outs of recruitment. In knowing that there is always room for improvement, we offer boosters to consultants that are up and running.

Your Progression

Those who are successful at Chase & Holland can expect to move up the ladder quickly. From our perspective, why would we recruit someone into a senior position if we know you’d be great in a leadership role? Our progression plans are straight forward and visible to all of our employees.

Our selection process has been thorough and intense for those involved (!) but having set the growth plans that we want to achieve, we need to make sure that we get the best people on board and those who fit the Chase & Holland values.

As mentioned, our interview process is thorough – this works well for you though as if successful, you will join us fully understanding not only who we are and what we do but what will be expected of you. You will also understand our future plans, the aspirations both we and you have and how you will achieve these through your own development plan.

So what do we do?

Currently our specialisms lie within six areas – Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain IT, HR and Professional Support. Each Consultant at Chase & Holland is a specialist in one of our six areas of expertise.

With regards to locations, our Sheffield office comfortably covers South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, whilst our Nottingham office looks after Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. In 2018 we expanded further with a Leeds and Hull office allowing us to easily service the North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire locations.

Within all of this we cover Permanent, Interim and Temporary recruitment.

You will find us very open and honest in our approach to work. We will only offer solutions to you which we believe are right. For clients we will not send insignificant CV’s to ‘pad out’ a shortlist and for candidates we will only talk to you about roles we know are right.

Our specialisms will of course develop further over time and will be brands that we genuinely feel suit market requirements. When will these new brands appear? When we are confident we have the right people with the strongest technical experience in place to successfully service requirements.
