Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department
- Maximising departmental performance through the sale of labour, parts, and accessories
- Maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales and performance objectives
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving workshop utilisation and operational efficiencies
- Delivering a first-class customer experience and exceeding satisfaction targets
- Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the department
