Project Manager – Nottinghamshire – £35,000 - £45,000

- Preparing and monitoring of project programming
- On site start up, delivery and method statements
- Risk assessments, completion, testing and O & M manuals
- Responsible for a profit margin on each project
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors to define and implement plans and projects
- Site visits as and when necessary to ensure objectives are achieved by others
- Monitoring, reporting, and updating on projects throughout their progress
- Mentoring and delegating as necessary to achieve the project
Key requirements and preferences:
- Previous experience in Project/Contract Construction Managing is essential
- Educated to HNC or equivalent desirable
- Health and Safety qualifications and knowledge of risk assessments and method statements - highly desirable
- Current CSCS card holder, i.e. Site Manager would be advantageous
- SMSTS card – preferable
- Full UK Driving Licence
