As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. - Managing and maintaining recruitment mailboxes
- Creating recruitment reports as required
- Creating content and managing social media for recruitment
- Being the first contact for any candidate questions during the pre-onboarding process
- Assisting with candidate relocation
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure the new starter process is followed
- Creating a draft onboarding plan and liaise with the hiring manager to finalise all plans
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is collated from the new starter ensuring compliance
- Producing contracts and offer letters
- Taking interview notes and send to hiring manager for review and recording on company ATS
- Sending out NDA’s and ensuring they are completed before first calls
- Managing applicants through company ATS
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate excellent administration skills
- Experience with ATS would be an advantage
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to build strong stakeholder relationships
