Reward Manager – London – £90,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a reputable global organisation as they look to recruit a Reward Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Reward you will be responsible for proactively contributing to the development of the UK and Ireland reward strategy and being the principal stakeholder interface during the development of that strategy. This is a truly exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for reward, who has excellent stakeholder management experience.

Reward Manager Responsibilities:
  • Partnering stakeholders to develop and deliver a UK reward strategy that helps enable the business to achieve its business objectives
  • Proactively influencing international reward thinking, planning, and delivery
  • Through robust programme and stakeholder management deliver annual reward cycle activity across the UK and Ireland
  • Leading on UK compensation financial modelling and analysis to ensure that decisions are data informed
  • Through proactive collaboration across all stakeholders develop and maintain a UK and Ireland reward operations
  • Partner reward team colleagues to ensure that delivery of UK and Ireland focussed policies and processes engage UK colleagues
  • Informing stakeholder debate and identify UK and Ireland policy and communication improvement opportunities to improve ROI
  • Driving continuous improvement, and proactively discourage complacency
  • Embed the role framework across the UK and Ireland from a reward perspective leading on regular audits and upskilling stakeholders
  • Working within the agreed RACI deliver the reward team’s gender pay reporting obligations and contribute to the broader debate regarding the report content and plan as required
  • Developing personal expertise to ensure that the advice provided is always the most appropriate and considers the latest thinking
  • Proactively contribute to broader reward team debate to ensure that we do not operate in specialism silos but rather as a coherent, effective and value adding centre of excellence
  • Managing third-party suppliers robustly to ensure that service standards are at least met, and that delivery is within budget
  • As required undertake broader project work to support the delivery of the HR strategy

Required skills & experience:
  • Accomplished reward management experience with practical experience
  • Proven experience of effective working with HR and Finance Business Partners
  • Strong commercial skills with experience of robustly managing third party delivery and financials
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to analyse, organise and present in an engaging manner numerical and statistical data
  • Proven ability to communicate with, and influence, key stakeholders
